I have been a CNA for 12 years and it does come and go, being a CNA is one of the hardest jobs around and once people find that out they leave. I use to back to back shifts for many months and I burned out. Now I am getting my certification again because the system has improved a great deal since I started.
Hang in there and do not get burned out
