I agree 100% with you...During my CNA class we followed someone around then took one resident each..In the dining rooms we fed one person and didn't do clean-up...SO I thought that my job would be easy...I remember HATING my job for months on end until I finally got into a routine...I feel that there should be less emphasis on book stuff and more on doing actual cares so people know what they are getting into.
