i think the resident has a right to fall rule is crazy,, who in their right mind is going to make the decision to fall and possibly break a hip. i'm sure this is not the right forum, but i think the crazy nutjobs who make up all the insane rules should be made to actually do hands on work in a facility for a year before being allowed to dictate to us a bunch of insane rules.
