at the facility i use to work at,, we had 4 doors, each with a monitor both inside and out..
i worked the night shift, one particular night, their was 4 of us, another cna, an lpn and an rn supervisor, it was during one of those rare quiet moments, sitting at the desk watching the monitors, when door 3 opened, the door alarm went off,, we watched both screens as the door came wide open, stood their for a moment, than closed with a thud,, problem was, their was noone there on either monitor,,inside or out. and all doors were locked.
