Can anyone answer this Question

I live in louisiana and I completed my EMT basic course but never became licensed because I took a job in a retirement community now I would like to become CNA certified so I can go to work for a home health agency Do you know if it is possible to switch my Emt basic over or does anyone know of a really short refresher course I can take to become certified as a CNA Thanks Tasha
