The reward is knowing you have done a good job. I do not know about the rest of you out there but money is not everything. I love what I am doing and I do get thank you's from the residents, their families and the nurses. I have never worked a job before where I have gotten so many thank you's. Yes we all want more money but in this day and age we are all lucky to have jobs. We have good days and bad days at work....but i still enjoy what I am doing.
