State aide registry

I have seen a lot of us "complaining" about other aides...which I have a lot of problems with where I work. I have been looking and I think I found the site for everyone in every state. I went under Yahoo for it and it is the second(??) one down on the list. Go to state nurse aide registry list. Find your state and click on it. I'm in New York and mine showed up. You type in the persons name to see if the are certified and if they have any charges against them. They will also tell you where/who to contact to make a complaint. Hope this helps. And just remember....we may be at the "bottom of the totem pole" but that pole is only as strong as the bottom. Some nurses need to be reminded of that.
