we are not that upset because the rule is there. restaurant workers are not supposed to take food home either. if the don is letting it go after the talk (which she had to do)i would leave it alone and be carefull about where i eat next time. depending on the facility rules and laws of the state, dietary is not supposed to give out free food, you are not to eat with the residents, or while you are on the clock. it sucks but those are the rules.
