advice

I work in a wonderful nursing home,but I am working in the food service department.I have a job offer from another nursing home for cna training with pay.The pay starts out with 11.00 while training ,then if I pass 12.00 an hour.I hate leaving the place i'm at,but have always wanted to get my cna training.My question is ,should I ask my current place if they would match the offer?/
Or should I just go for it?
