You should do whatever you feel is best for you. The pay rate you have been offered is good from where I stand. I am a new CNA, been working now for 6 months here in Florida and I love where I am at but the pay is not good. I have checked around and asked people and what you have been offered is good from where I am. Do what you think is right for you. The place that has offered you training, is it a reputable place? do you think you will like it there? Hard to leave a place that you really like for another. How long have you been with your current employer? Do they have CNA openings and training? Good luck.
