Indiana CNA test tomorrow (Wednesday) a bit nervous....

Well, I am taking the test tomorrow and I still wonder what it will be like. I was told I would have 3 questions and 3 chances each (in case of screw ups). I think I can get through the written part but I am wondering if it will be just multiple choice or will there also be written answers? I was told that everyone will pass (I don't know if that is true) but I studied. If anyone can tell me what it will be like, I would appreciate it.
