I would call several of them and ask them what the fee is and I would also ask what the success rate it. Questions should include: Do you have employment placing for your graduates? Financial Aide? You also want to make sure they are within the state requirement for mandatory training time if applicable.

When you mean facilities, are you talking about CNA training schools or Nursing Homes that train CNA's? If you are talking about Nursing Homes, you want try to choose the one that has the least turnover rate. You also might want to call to inquire about the patient/staff ratio.
