TRANSFERRING CNA CERT. TO NEVADA

I have been a CNA since 2002. I worked in FL for many years and now work in CA. I want to move to Nevada and transfer my cert. there but am told I cannot because I challenged the test in FL when I originally got my license. Passed the first time around. . .no problem. . .also had dropped out of a training program before challenging the exam BUT that facility is out of business so even if I had completed it, there would be no record. CAN ANYONE HELP?? Don't want to have to go through CNA training again. . .(Nevada requires proof of completion of a CNA training program)
