Second time

My first job I was over whelmed with seeing the other CNA's getting their residents done with time to spare and I was in a panic to get everything done by the end of the shift. After about a week, I had my own routine and the shift went smooth, or as smooth as it can go...Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Once you know the routine of your facility your routine will fall into place and you will see everything fall into place.
