Don't worry about it. Your agency should know how he is by now. Everything is not your fault. Some people are just complainers. I'm sure the agency interviewed him before they assigned anyone to him. The next person will be treated the same way, I'm sure. The agency might end up dropping him from service if he can't keep an aide. I work in home health also, you meet all sorts of people.
