Don't get me wrong I think the career ladder is great we have it where I work (set up differently) but CNAs without their GED?? I don't get it? How is that? I know the article is from Mass., I'm in NH and don't we have to, at least, have GED to become a CNA? The article makes it sound like all CNAs are uneducated-in the most basic way. The last person I would want in those positions would be CNAs who doesn't already have those skills AND more.
