You need to have a good understanding of english to pass the written CNA test, unless your state has a test in Spanish. You will need to be able to conversate with other residents and staff. If you can do this, you are ok. However, I would recommend learning English as best as you can to use outside of work. It makes life a lot easier here. Also, maybe you can use your native language to translate for other people who cannot speak english. I think you have a chance, after all, you wrote a pretty good comment. Just practice and I think you will be okay!
