PS: The CNA/Activity ASST, while working in that capacity would not be responsible for any ADL's. Transfer assists would be helpful to get the Resident to Activities. As a TRD we cannot transfer and waste so much time looking for someone who can (many times, while no one is looking, I get Res's off the john/chair to the wheelchair, so that I don't have go bothering CNA's who I know are overworked and busy!!!)
