      Where do you live? In Illinois you just need to work 8 hrs. in the past 2 years to keep up your license. Why do you think you would loose your license if you work somewhere else? Just give your current employer 2 weeks notice like any other job. Or just quit now if it's that bad. Like you said, you already have a job waiting for you. Good Luck!
