We've been to evry july gig for 5 years is it on this year? The one that was on last year on july 26th i think it was! Its always around the 22nd to 28th though. Is it on? Please could anyone with any information email me xxx thankyou

There will be no Blakey Ridge Festival in 2006.

Sorry, but I can't risk a repeat of last year's disaster, and the weather seems even worse this year.

While I completely understand what a nightmare the 2005 festival must have been both for you personally and the inn generally, I just want to let you know how much all your efforts are appreciated. Although we only managed to attend two of the five festivals, including last year's, I hold those memories as some of my most precious.

Despite the cancelled performances, and in many ways because of the canellation, we were given the opportunity to become even more a part of the Mostly Autumn and Lion Inn communities. I feel both fortunate and honoured to have met you and to have found the Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge, and all of the amazing and wonderful sights in the moors.

I very much look forward to our next visit!
