The reffing this year has been terrible, not just against Canadian teams, but all around. I attribute this to the retirement of vet refs and the rapid intoduction of new refs. We are going to have to put up with this for a couple of more seasons. And you are right, the Oilers/Stars game and the Canucks/Avalanche game are to of the worst reffed games I have ever watched.
