You can't have it both ways Matts - can't have your cake and eat it to.
If you can hold Salo to blame for a bad goal regardless of the circumstances leading up to the goal, you have to hold Brewer to blame because it was HIS play that directly led to the goal being scored.
If the Oilers go on to lose this series in 7 games it will be Brewers fault, much in the same way that we lost 5th spot because of an apparent soft goal allowed by Salo a number of weeks ago.
