no requirement of reading a particular book for voting

Hello, Farley. I don't know if you were serious or not, but it seems to me to be very dangerous to require the reading of any book or tract, regardless of how astute, as a prerequisite to voting. I certainly do agree, however, that it is desirable that people be informed. Sincerely, Dave Kaplan.
