try spreading he skirts with the tip of a ballpoint pen or better yet a beeman pell seater ball. i have found pretty profound increases in velocity doing this. i have also had decreases in velocity. it seems to depend on the power level of the gun. if my gun is tuned for 12 fpe, spreading slows it down. when tuned for 14-15 spreading increases it. i am using jsb express in my tx.
