I used to think that the Chinese were violating international patents with their near-dead-on air gun copies. Then I found out there is no such thing as an international patent. You want to sell in another country? Get a patent in that country. The Chinese patent law enforcement is so lame that it's not even worth the effort. You can file and the patent courts will drag on long enough for someone to start making knock-offs. By then, you have to sue in that country's courts. Good luck there. Where did I hear this? US Embassy information for businesses considering marketing in China. happy.gif
