I built up an old Stingray got bored ran a bit mad and swapped it for a very nice Tracker, it’s an interesting Tracker possibly a rare Tracker and I know the Stingray has a good home but I miss it. Very maudlin, a sign of age and Carsberg Export.
So I’m going to make up something to replace it, I could just use a Webley action again but I’m thinking that a change might be good; something with a good trigger
One obviouse candidate is the B20 it is imported as the XS20 but there aren't a lot around, greed gets in the way they are priced new too close to real HW's etc. Cheap used though
I'd just like to be clear in my own mind the B20 is the copy of the HW95
the barrel leade is cut big. So it needs larger pellets to feed it. It likes the Challengers and Crosman 10.5s as well as the 10.5 H&Ns
Have not shot it a bunch but is doing 730 with 10.5s

Hope you find a decent B20. They are pretty nicely finished. With the B26 now in production, you might get a deal on the older gun, although some posters feel the B20 is superior.
I have three 2 B20 one 22 & one .177 and a B26-2 .177 unless the B20 is tunes it is not in my opinion better then the B26 stock. Inside and out the B26 is a upgrade. From the trigger, cocking link, bluing, metal and woodstock.
The B20 are probably the best deal for the money if you can find them. I bought my .177 for $96 and .22 $114, I've heard of some have bought B20 .177 for $69, usually the .22 is more expensive. But I find the engine of the B20 better for the .177 past 40 yards.

The B20 and the B26 are almost exactly the same gun.

The only difference that I can find is the large stock "stud" that they put on the B26 which can also be added to the B20 if you wanted to. Only difference is a percived better quality control on the B26. Either one needs a lube tune to shoot without being "twangy".

a good buddy of mine from Tennesee fixed up a while back (Paul Watts)...it does about 850 fps with 4.51 JSB's and generally shoots one holer five-shot groups at 45 yards if I pay close attention to wind conditions...
John are you sure thats not a R9 Goldfinger? Did I miss something?

Are you saying that the rifle in your picture is a B20? It don't look like a B20 I'm talking about the metal I know the stock is customized Paul Watts.
