B20 barrels - cutting down?

I have cut down a barrel on a b3 and the bore was nowhere near central except at the ends, apparently this is a result of the way they are made.

Are the B20 barrels like that or does the bore run centrally like a HW or BSA barrel?

the bore of the barrel central down the whole length of the barrel? does it wobble or run true all the way not just at the ends?

RWS 320 barrel

when I chopped the .177 barrel the bore appeared concentric when chucked in the lathe (IIRC). the rifle now has a walther .20 barrel. fwiw Joe
