Having just been out to the shop gaging the threads on the adapter supplied with the AR2078, I find the thread pitch is very near 18TPI (Could that be 1.25mm?)
The diameter is very near .875 inches, as measuring the crests of the internal thread calipers at about .820.
A scan of similar CGA data pages finds no useful match to this configuration. I will look to the JIS B 8246 configuration, perhaps there is light in that tunnel.
For the trouble, I'll just turn up something tomorrow, I have plenty of good brass stock
