I bought an AR2078A from ARCHER AIRGUNS and I am so pleased with it and their Gold Service.
The service was fast, the box came insured and undamaged and well packed. Professional!
This is a classy looking rifle, beautiful stock, and today I shot 4 different pellet types and
weights and it's very accurate at 10 meters. Nothing got bigger than 3/4", and most were
1/2" or less. Many 3 shots into one hole that's hard to tell more than one went in there!
Crosman Premiers, 10.5 gr. shot groups less than 1/2"! Meisterkugeln 8.2 gr. shot very tight group also.
This is the first CO2 air rifle I've ever had and am very excited about it!
Just wanted to share!

Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad that you love your new air rifle

You are so welcome!

Stephen: You, sir, are so welcome! You obviously sell a great product here, and your business practices
are to be commended. I appreciated the testing info you sent along with the rifle and appreciated the
careful packing for shipment. I tested more pellets today and seems like Crosman Premiers are dead on
accurate and tight grouping at 10 yards, as also the H&N Sport 8.18 grain wadcutters. They are really
accurate - about 0.4" at 10 yards.
That's pretty typical of a QB 78, they are geat guns. There's a reason some of us have ...

Got 75 good shots with accuracy with Crosman Premier 10.5gr

Just for your information:
Got 75 good shots before I ran out of CO2 on the 3rd day!
Had tried several pellets and found Crosman Premier 10.5gr to be most accurate.

move that target out to 20 yards then 25, 30.... Those groups will widen and maybe, just maybe, the pellet that gave you bad groups at 10 yards may turn out to be THE PELLET. Of course if you will always shoot at 10 yds. then this is a moot point. I've seen a 1/4" group at 10 open up to 1.5" at 20 yds. CPHPs. Then the JSBs that gave 1/2" groups at 10 gave a slightly larger than 1/2" at 25 yds. So, move it out and find the real pellet. Good luck!!
Thanks! Will do! - NT

Length of pull?
|January 2 2017, 10:09 AM |
William, can you tell me the length of pull on your rifle? I can't find it on any dealer's spec sheet.
LOP is 14 inches

I just measured: from trigger to middle of butt is 14 inches.
