Hi Ray (and Hi John)
You have misunderstood me. First, I am an affiliate myself (see my link below) and strong supporter of Ken and his products. I own many of them myself.
I also keep up to date with Sitesell. Ken does overdeliver and when I have his mail in my mailbox, I read it first
Regarding Site Build It, talking from a sales letter and from first hand experience are two different things. Please order a Site Build It (don't worry - you can get 100% pro-rata refund) and try to build a site selling real world items like Handicrafts, Jute bags and other similar things. We can then talk at this forum or you can write directly to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, Site Build-It is a very good product and I fully endorse it (after trying it myself). At this moment, it is great for affiliate type sites where you get targetted traffic, send it to your principals and get the commision.
Soon with the SBI Basic, you can get the facility of maintaining your own newsletter subscriptions and mailout to your subscribers as often as you wish (text or HTML).
With the next stage ie. SBI Ecommerce, you can even sell digital infoproducts (here is the key) with your own merchant account, credit card processing and all others that is required for this.
I just wanted to alert my fellow members to get a SBI account only if they are affiliates or planning to sell digital infoproducts. You will definitely succeed in this with the tools that SBI provides. If you are selling real tangible items, my vote is NO at this moment.
Hope that helps,
