I'm sure that the vast majority of these sites haven't any idea of what's going on - and probably don't care.

They simply bought a package and ready-made webpage and think they're going to make a million bucks selling it. I doubt that they could remove my ebook from the package, even if they wanted to.

I will contact them all, though - and suggest that they contact the person they bought the package from and get their money back. Maybe if he starts getting enough requests for money back, he'll give it up...
(yeah, I know - "dream on...")
