I'm initially thinking template-based. Flash has many features that make this feasible. I've also thought about a partnering situation, where I develop the interactive eBook in Flash and receive part of the proceeds from the of the book. Since I can only do so much, this type of situation would be very targeted, and the eBook would have to show great promise.
