smartpage generator

I purchased the book Smartpage Generator about 10 days ago. I tried it, thought it is not worth the $97.00, and per their 1/2 page guarantee of a no questions asked refund, have requested a refund numerous times, which they will not respond to. My opinion would be to be very careful purchasing any of the generator products that Morin has for sale. Personally, it seems like a very poor way to run a business.
