At a quick look I like the appearance of your site, especially the top banner. The layout is simple without too many unnecessary graphics and navigation is good. A couple of the articles I looked at were, I thought 'corny' or amateurish. Also, some of the Australian Standards for e-commerce and prominent web guides (international) advise that we should have our firm's name, address and contact details on the home page at least.
There's a perception that if an online business doesn't want you to know who it is and where it is from, it's probably shady and not worth doing business with. Think about putting your details on the first page - it aids credibility at a time when there are so many fly-by-nighters trying to rip people off.
Finally, when one loads the home page, there is nothing that says what your site is about or what it is for. You know the, "We Make the Best Hambugers in Town" type of byline that tells us all they don't sell vacuum cleaners?
The site has potential although it lacks identification with a target audience or market.
