It's all text! all here! and, unlike my previous post, you don't have to click on any PDF links:

NEWS FLASH!

Date: March 17, 2004
Subject: Lrpdesigns Is No More
From: Martha Retallick, The Passionate Postcarder

You read that right: Lrpdesigns is no more.

Does that mean I’m going out of business? Far from it!

Instead, I am expanding the scope of my business, and changing its name to The Passionate Postcarder. Here’s what these developments mean to you:

1. Design: Still Going Strong. For the last nine years, my focus has been on Web design that helps you sell your products and services. You can see recently completed projects at:

http://www.PassionatePostcarder.com/design.html

I’m also offering graphic design services, specifically, the design of advertisements, custom postcards, flyers, logos and posters.

2. Publishing: Growing All The Time. I publish a line of how-to manuals that show you how to put postcard marketing to work for your business. They’re available as downloads or on CD. Audio courses will soon be offered. Visit The Passionate Postcarder Store at:

http://www.PassionatePostcarder.com

You’re also invited to subscribe to the free Postcard Marketing Secrets e-mail newsletter. If you’d like, you can start your subscription with a free three-part course on postcard marketing. Sign up at:

3. Copywriting: Would You Like Some Words With That Website? After being pushed to the side during the “Cool Design Is Everything” days of the Dot-com Era, words are coming into their own on the Web

Not that I’m down on design, but when was the last time that a website waved a pretty picture at you, and that was enough to make you want to buy? You probably had to see some copy before you reached for your wallet.

Effective website copy should get your visitors to do what you want them to do. If you’re hoping to make sales from your website, then the copy should lead them to purchase via your order page. Or, if you’re planning on closing the sale offline, your copy should get people to contact you.

If you would like some effective copy for your website, or for any other written materials, let’s talk!

4. Workshops, Campaigns and Consulting, Oh, My! If you’d like to do some postcard marketing, but aren’t sure where to begin, my monthy workshops are a good place to start. Get the details at:

http://www.PassionatePostcarder.com/workshops.html

Prefer to work together on a one-to-one basis? We can do that too! Contact me to arrange a personalized consultation for your postcard marketing campaign. We’ll cover everything from campaign planning to evaluating your results.
