I have never made a dollar on the internet but I just finished my first ebook. I have worked on it for about 4 years part time. I have put a lot of work, faith and hope into it and want to focus on the best marketing methods. Let me set up my question. My ebook is about exercise at home. I do believe my book to be very unique in the way I approach exercise, motivation etc. During the past 4 years I have attempted to research the best way to market it. I have studied subjects such as "article marketing", "PPC", "Site-Build it" and "Click Bank" etc. Delimma/Question: The exercise, health & fitness, and weight loss fields are very crowded. I have experimented with "Wordtracker" and "Site-Build it" (I actually purchased SBI but became disollusioned). The problem was I could not find a SINGLE "profitable" keyword related to the entire exercise, weight loss field. The entire SBI philosophy seems to be built around finding the profitable keyword(s) and building your entire site and content around it. I have considered making each page of my book, a web page, giving it away for free and turning it into an affiliate marketing/google adsense site. Or do I just put up a basic two page site and try to market it with articles and click bank. I will be gratefull for any solid information to point me in the right direction.
