How do you find a good php form?

I have built my own forms and then used validation software to add the php code but their always seems to be problems.

I have download every form known on the Net but all lack one or more important features, like "required fields" or "redirects".

The $30 form builders which install on servers seem complicated and the wrong features incorporated. I don't need to build a hundred forms just one is enough, but it has to be reliable, flawless in its operation.

Does anyone know of Windows software that will build the form and create the php code? CoffeeCup Form Builder is an excellent example but I don't want any Flash in the code.

What do other businesses use for their clients?
