I just didn't know why that just didn't settle well. Then I remembered last week or so, I went to a currency converter and found that $100US = $202NZ...now that's a decent conversion rate.
Somwhere, I started pricing automobiles. That site stated that a BMW could bb bought new from $20-30K NZ - that's a lot cheaper than home. They also gave some VERY competitive prices for Japanese made cars...many under $10k NZ.
One of the items I need to price are high quality PC's and Macs. Do you have an idea what they would cost in NZ? Due to the difference in power and connectors, I do not want to outfit my office here and have to repurchase equipment there because of incompatibililty issues.
...and I know that many persons stated that you could use those international adapters, however, I bought mine in the states. When I got to Manuels in Taupo, there was not a plug in the case that fit your 3 pronged, angulated ones.
