How about these few options:
1). Get ClickBooks. This will allow you to customize a 5.5 X 8.5 booklet that can be a collection of your poetry. Add an attractive cover on card stock that you have printed at your quick print shop and PRESTO, a book. You would saddle stitch these (a fancy word for using a stapler down the center. You can design the cover yourself in any desktop publishing program like Microsoft Publisher.
2). Use a small run printing company. If you have a lot of pages, you can get a book printed in short run for about $1.25 each. Check out www.bookmarket.com for small run printers. I hear the one in Tennessee is fast and good.
3). Bind it yourself, sorta. This way, you make your pages of regular size and either have it bound at your local Staples or Office Max after making copies of the pages. This is more expensive than a short run printer. However, you get it now.
Hope this helps!
