Help! How do I set up agreement with someone to translate my e-book?

I was just contacted by a business owner in Taiwan who would like to translate my business card tips booklet into Chinese and distribute it. He's a printer, so it's a logical "fit" for both of us.

We've agreed already that he can translate some of my FREE articles and distribute them, as long as he gives me credit.

However, people PAY to buy my tips booklet. If he translates that, any suggestions as to how an agreement should be set up? Obviously, if HE (his company) is doing the translating, they should be compensated somehow. Yet I, as the actual author, should be compensated, too.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who's done something like this.
