I sure appreciate your response, Mirza. You clarified it for me.
Since this is new to me, I don't know how to value his translation service, nor do I know the pros/cons of him buying reprint rights, licensing, reselling as some sort of affiliate, etc. I get the feeling that he wants to keep his costs down (as do I!).
Is there a simple way to do this? I would imagine that he'd want to offer the Chinese translation in e-book format, since that would require no printing costs. However, I'm not sure how to track that, unless his customers are led from his website to a link on mine, where I have the document loaded in Chinese ....
Does that sound like it would work?
