Adobe have a web-hosted online service that does exactly what you need, called Create Adobe® PDF Online.
They offer a free trial for 3 documents, as well as a US$9.95/mth unlimited service if each document is under 50mb (that's a LOT of document... my 420-page eBOOK SECRETS only came to 28mb on PageMaker).
