In this scenerio, ClickBank will work for you as a payment processor because you can use one account to 'sell' up to 50 different links. This is how I have multiple products for sale under one ClickBank nickname.
However, on the affiliate program side of things, it's a little trickier. Affiliates can only send traffic to one page per ClickBank account. So if you have several different products and you know that you want to recruit affiliates to market each product, then you'd need to setup multiple accounts.
Hope this helps...I'm not sure if I'm explaining this clearly...it took me a while to understand this limitation myself.
