Ken: Thanks for your input.
I'll list the things I'd like to say. First is, that I recieved excellent customer service regarding the Smartpage Generator. Responses to my questions were, at the minimum, answered that same day, but usually within 2-3 hours.
They seem to be genuinely-nice people.
I purchased one of their other books last month, and did not request a refund. I thought it excellent and worth the money.
I double checked my emails to make sure they weren't going undelivered and verified sent from Outlook. I also sent the emails to different addresses and people within the company. NO ANSWER, NO RESPONSE, NO NOTHING.
In my first email, I stated that I hoped I could get a refund, and that it didn't even have to be a refund, that a credit towards a current or future book would be ok. NO ANSWER, NO RESPONSE, NO NOTHING.
The following emails. NO ANSWER, NO RESPONSE, NO NOTHING.
I didn't expect an immediate refund. Like I stated in my first email, a credit would of been fine with me. In fact, an answer of almost ANYTHING would of been ok with me. But, based on the fact that I was getting fast responses to my questions about their product, and as soon as I mention, "refund", not one response of ANY kind, then, yes I probably started to assume the worst.
I would also like to mention that after I didn't recieve any answer from them, I contacted ClickBank about a refund. They did refund me, but for different book, from a different author I had recently purchased. The following day: I repurchased that book. I am respectful of the fact the the author's have put alot of time and effort into their products.
To finish this up: should I have waited and not been so quick to post my concerns here? Yes!
Should they have answered my emails, in ANY way, shape or form? Yes! Thanks, Ron R.
