Cyndi I have a serious interest in
health foods. I'd like to share my
opinion. First, I'd like to say I think
the basic design,colors,graphics and
pictures are "extremely" well done. I
can tell you took a lot of time in doing
the site. It is very pleasing to the eye.
I think you need to offer more at your site.
The newsletter should be a bridge to build
confidence and trust. I think you need to
focus more on "giving" rather than selling
and the selling will take care of itself.
You also need to think more about the type
of customer you want to attract. For example
I have over 20 years interest and knowledge
of your subject and I would not buy this book
unless you could convince me it offers something
different from what I could search for online
and get free.
Are you trying to attract people new to health
foods? or do you have tips which would enhance
the experience of one who is into health? I'm
not sure from your copy who it is you are trying
to sell to.
One strong point is the one you make about
loosing pounds; perhaps your e/book would be
more attractive to people who need a good diet.
It's often easier to sell people on loosing
weight than eating vegetables.
In sum I would develop the site more by
1)offering more free information 2) pushing the
free newsletter on the front page3) building
trust and confidence through the newsletter
4)perhaps telling your own personal story of
how you have benefited from eating healthy
5) giving more weight loss testimonials.
I for one have bought books from unsecured
sites if I was convinced the author was trust
worthy. However, most people I know would not.
I hope you succeed with this site; I can tell
you love your subject.
