All I have ever owned are pc--so a question abot exe files

Greetings from sunny Texas,

I have just never ever gotten around to learning anything about anything but pc's and how they work. I even build and sell them on occasion but--

After reading the discussion here on E-book formats pdf or exe and someone shared "powerAchiever" with us and then someone Ricky, I believe said to always exe your pdf.

Ok--here is my ignorant question about computers other than pc's--Will they be able to click and use the exe file to get to the pdf?

Thanks Richard

Yes...

The .exe in this case is used as a "wrapper" for the .pdf file. You do this because a lot of people don't realize that in order to save a .pdf file you need to right0click it and "save target as". The exe makes it simpler to download.

The winzip exe will also let you specify a directory to open it to, and to start the ebook. I don't know about Power Archiver...
