congrats to any wrestlers who are going into the military now, this comes about as I've found out that staples Spencer Cohen enlisted in the Marines, as has Dan Molina from Westhill. If anyone knows any other wrestlers who have taken this large feat lets all congratulate and thank them for protecting our country

Kevin Spotts from Guilford, graduated 06, is also a Marine. I went to bootcamp with him on the buddy system, if you guys are going into the service try hooking up with another Marine on a buddy system, it definitely provides a great comradary and fun time together. Not only that, you'll find how much wrestlers actually talk to each other in the military, we constantly set up open mats for wrestling, grappling, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, etc. Keep your wrasslin' shape and you'll ace every Physical Fitness Test given in any branch. Great choice for you guys going into the service, truly an amazing experience!!

Bacon Academy's Jon Kotsch will be joining the Navy Seals upon graduation and Matt Hill has applied to be an Army ROTC candidate while attending college. As a 10 year active duty Army veteran and 21 year total time in service Army officer still serving, I am awed at the courage and selflessness of the young men and women who join the ranks of our military today. You have my deepest respect, I admire you, and I wish you the best of luck and safe return in your endeavours. Thank you so very much for your service to our country and her citizens.
