Being that I am now a kind and gentle coach I must say I was very happy to see you in the gym actually working out the other day. I was impressed. Lets keep up the good work. And Congrats on a nice tournament in Ohio. Now I hope you are not "hrb" inside anymore. But as far as arm size goes I have never known coach beef to tell a lie and I haven't seen gena lately. LOL

Coach it is pretty close he might be able to edge her out in a month or so. You are a very kind and gentle man now. if he is that hurt we might need to get him therapy.hahaha
