Competitive Edge Wrestling Camp June 28 - July 2, 2008

The Competitive Edge resident and commuter camp (June 28 -July 2, 2008, Promfret School, Pomfret, CT) will feature top clinicians and top-level instruction that ensures proper step-by-step progression of the concepts, principles and techniques of wrestling, including every aspect of becoming a champion: technique, take downs, escapes, reversals, pinning, freestyle, strength training, nutrition, diets, tactics and philosophies.

The camp is open to elementary, junior and high school students ages 7-18 and offers four levels of instruction for both resident and commuter campers: beginner, intermediate (2-3 years experience), advanced (3-or-more years of experience) and intense (an intensive program for those with 4-or-more years experience).
