We go all year long. We currently do Greco on Tuesday. I have two throwing dummies and a 6x12 crash mat for learning how to throw. Wednesday we do Freestyle. We use weighted medicine balls and I have just purchased 16 kettel bells to work into our training. Friday we have open mats. There is no instruction just open mat time. There is no cost but you will need a USA card for insurance purposes. You can purchase one from our club if needed. If you have any other questions my email is labeer@pomfretschool.org

Thank you for the response. What time do the sessions run each evening? Are you located at the Pomfret Prep?

The fun starts at 6pm. This is the address 375 Pomfret St
Pomfret Center, CT 06259. www.mapquest.com
If you drive around the campus the wrestling room is on the right between the football and baseball fields. It is the building with the slanted side that is all windows.
